- The price of comparable e-commerce solutions is thousands of Euro's. Do I still have to take your shop-solution of only 125 Euro seriously?

- What do I need more? Is additional software needed?
No additional software is needed. In case you already have a website you can use EasyShopMaker Pro together with your own editor / website. You can fully integrate the shop in your existing website or choose to link to the ready-made shop frame that comes with the software.
If you haven't got a website yet you can (for example) use Windows Notepad to link to the shop-frame or edit the HTML files that come with EasyShopMaker Pro.
EasyShopMaker Pro contains 'all you need' to build a shop, amongst others: a graphic module (to convert pictures), an import module and a flex list editor if you want to create your own design in HTML.
- Is an open telephone line needed while building or updating my shop?
No, with EasyShopMaker Pro you build the shop on your own Windows PC, only when you are going to publish/update the shop on-line you make connection with the internet. So, not only no stress, but also no long waiting times because of slow server responses.
- What will it cost me to use EasyShopMaker Pro?
You buy a license of EasyShopMaker Pro, this is a fixed and onetime price.
From then on you can unlimitedly build and maintain your shop with the software, without any extra or other additional costs.
- Are there any hidden costs to be expected?
No, you only pay the onetime price for the license.
Unlike many other solutions there are no: hidden costs because of 'extra page views', extra costs because of a certain 'module', special monthly 'shop hosting' costs, unclear 'service-costs' or 'administration' costs for each order.
- Do I need a special and expensive hosting-account because of the shop itself and the ability to accept secure online credit cards payments?
No, EasyShopMakker Pro works with any ISP, hosting-account and website.
EasyShopMaker Pro contains a free connection with PayPal in the checkout. With PayPal you can accept secure credit card payments without high Setup costs and monthly costs (acceptance of: VISA, American Express, Discovery en Master card). You only have to pay PayPal a small amount for each transaction.
EasyShopMaker Pro contains ready-made free connections with another PSP (payment service provider) as well: WorldPay. With the built in 'Open PSP connector' you can add an own connection with another PSP yourself too.
- Do I have to pay for each modification in my shop?
No, you can modify, expand and update your shop as often as you want to for free.
- What did the shops shown 'In real life' cost?
Nothing more than the fixed license price.

- Can I fully integrate the shop in my website?
Yes, this is the unique feature of EasyShopMaker Pro. You can integrate product lists within the website you designed. Or you can create a link from your site to the ready-made shop frame that comes with the software. See unique features for more info. You can also edit the checkout page according to your own design.
- Is it possible to integrate the shop and update product data without any knowledge of code and scripting?
Yes, EasyShopMaker Pro is the solution that offers the possibility of full integration. You only have to 'copy and paste' an image. Without any knowledge of HTML, cgi / Perl / php / asp / javascripting etc. If you want to update the product data you only have to click the 'Update' button in EasyShopMaker and all product data in your entire website will be updated.
- Is the result such a common template shop?
Absolutely not, you can (amongst others) create your own:
- Structure and design of the shop (long or short product lists, products below or next to each other, products with or without thumbnails and product pictures. All these options can also differ from list to list. Besides, with the flex list editor in EasyShopMaker Pro you can create your own design).
- Colors in the shop (change the colors with one click with the ready-made color schemes, or select your own colors with 2 clicks).
- Titles, texts, button-titles etc., you can edit them all.
- Is the result a compatible shop?
Yes, an EasyShopMaker Pro internet shop is compatible with all current browsers. Unlike most other solutions your visitor even doesn't have to accept cookies. Beside this EasyShopMaker Pro is compatible with all common pop-up blockers en firewalls (e.g. the default pop-up blocker in Windows XP ServicePack 2, Norton/Symantec/Internet security software and the Google toolbar).
- Do I have to depend on one of these 'dot com companies'? Many of them go bankrupt recently...
No, you are independent, you can use your license of EasyShopMaker Pro combined with any hosting-provider.
Even if Errel would go bankrupt (improbable, because Errel is making profit since 1999) you can always keep using the software.
If you choose an e-commerce solution that runs on a specific server of the company you are dependent and you would lose your shop in case the company stops offering this services or goes bankrupt.
- Can I display more than 1 currency?
Yes, you can display your prices in 1 or 2 currencies. Which currencies this will be is up to you, in EasyShopMaker Pro you just have to enter the factor of the 2nd currency related to the 1st one, After this both currencies will be displayed in all lists and the checkout. To be modified or deleted afterwards again with only 1 click.
- Does EasyShopMaker contain an option to work with actual stock?
Yes, EasyShopMaker contains an advanced stock manager. You can display stock in the shop, customers can't buy more items than in stock. Stock can even be adjusted automatically on the server.
- Can I make a catalogue with EasyShopMaker Pro too?
Yes! It's no problem if you only want to display your products, without order buttons and a checkout. With EasyShopMaker Pro come ready-made catalogue flex-lists, instead of the order button a 'more info' button will be displayed.
- Does EasyShopMaker have a search-option?
Yes, EasyShopMaker contains a search-option. It will search your entire shop very fast, hits are displayed in an orderly way, with 1 click the concerning product will be displayed.
- Can I build an international shop with EasyShopMaker Pro?
Yes, you can! In EasyShopMaker Pro you are free to edit all texts, titles on buttons etc. This means that you can create a full 'different language' shop. Any western language is ok. You are free to select a currency (or 2). In the checkout you can calculate delivery costs dependent on weight and/or zones (destination). Each zone can have it's own payment-options / delivery options with accompanying costs. All these checkout options will be automatically (recalculated in the EasyShopMaker checkout. In the checkout you can also calculate different tax-rates and exclude zones from tax-calculation (create tax free zones). Besides, with the connections in the checkout you are able to accept secure international credit card payments.
- Can I have order-options to be selected by the customer, like size and color?
Yes, in EasyShopMaker Pro you can enter order-options in each product list (for example sizes / colors). You can create 3 pull-down menu's, each of them can contain 35 options, the customer can select the options from a pull-down menu in the order pop-up. Beside this there is an 'open' order option where the customer can enter his text, title etc.
- How can I calculate delivery costs?
In many ways. You can calculate costs for: the payment-options, the weight and/or the zone (destination). You are free to choose one of these options or to combine them all (together). You can also charge no delivery costs at all in case of orders above a certain amount.
- Can I require a minimum order amount in the checkout?
Yes, you can. You can enter a minimum order amount, if the order amount is below the minimum amount the customer gets a message and the order can't be sent.
- What payment options can I offer my customers in the checkout?
You are totally free to select and add your own options, for example: secure credit card payments, prepay, payment on delivery, with a check. You can define yourself what the costs of each option will be, it will be calculated in the checkout. In case you deliver international and have several delivery-zones, you can select accompanying payment options and costs for each zone (destination).
- Can I offer my customers secure credit card payments?
Yes, in EasyShopMaker Pro in the checkout you will find 2 ready-made connections to accept secure credit card payments. Connections with PayPal (www.paypal.com and Worldpay (www.worldpay.com).
- Can I have form validation in the form below the checkout?.
Yes, you can make some (or all) fields required, if the customer doesn't fill them out the order can't be sent.
- What happens with an order?
As soon as the customer clicks the 'send' button in the checkout the order is directly sent to you by e-mail.
In this e-mail message you will find the personal data of the customer and the products he ordered, quantities, prices, tax, the selected payment- /delivery option, the total amount etc.
- Will my customer get a confirmation of the order?
Yes, immediately after the customer has clicked the 'send' button he will see a clear order-confirmation page, to be printed with one click. You can edit these confirmation pages yourself, in this way each payment / delivery option can have it's own confirmation with accompanying instructions, remarks etc.
- Can I process my orders further, e.g. print invoices and export order data to my administration software?
Yes, you can with Errel's latest tool EasyBackOffice! You use this handy tool together with EasyShopMaker Pro. With EasyBackOffice you can: print invoices, reminders, send confirmations etc. by e-mail and export order data to your own administration software.
- What about the privacy of my customers?
During the shopping 'session' the order data is temporarily saved on the PC of the customer, when the customer sends the order all personal and order-data is sent to you by e-mail.
This means that, unlike other solutions, no personal / order-data is saved or kept on the server. You will be the first and only one with knowledge of your business and sales!
- What about developments in the future?
Errel is always developing new modules based on the newest techniques. EasyShopMaker Pro users can always update/upgrade (for free or low costs).
- How many shops can I build with one license?
With one license you can build one shop for 1 domain-name. In case you want to build more shops you can buy additional licenses with a discount.

- Does it work together with my current hosting-provider / account?
Yes, EasyShopMaker Pro can be used with any ISP and hosting-account, there are no special requirements.
As far as your visitors are concerned: the shop is compatible with all common browsers, there is even no need to accept cookies.
- How is the order sent?
EasyShopMaker Pro comes with ready-made (click and go) scripts, you can choose from: a PHP script, an ASP script, an own or your provider cgi / mail-a form script and a 'Mailto' option.

Yes, no problem, you too are able to build a shop in a few steps!
The concept of the software is: 'nearly anything is possible, but anyone should have a working shop in just a few steps. The user CAN but DOESN'T HAVE to go through all options and settings. This means that any user can build a 'basic' and working shop in just a few steps. Only if you want to you can adjust all options in detail, edit flex-lists etc.
